I found this special offer at Costco online for a 24 Hour Fitness membership. For 2 years and no sign up fees, the membership is $300 or $150/year or about $12.50/month.

If you go into to the club, they occasionally have a 3 yr membership for $600, but after the 3 yrs its only $50 a year to keep your membership.
